Director - Erica Freelove

Ericamarie Freelove, in which you can call her Erica, is committed to providing support to the staff, children and families at Today’s New Start Learning Center. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Mount St. Mary’s University in Elementary Education. With her experience working at Waynesboro Daycare Center and with Frederick County Public Schools for many years, Erica is ready for a new challenge to expand her knowledge of being the Director of our learning center. Her passion of working with children brought her to our Center. She is extremely dedicated to maintaining a positive environment at the learning center in which she makes certain that the children will get the best care possible. Erica, her husband, and their son are Waynesboro residents and enjoy spending time together with family and friends, watching superhero movies and look forward to many more new experiences together.

Assistant Director - Christina Whitlock

Christina Whitlock, is a graduated from Hagerstown Community College with an associates degree in Early Childhood Education. She has worked in various childcare centers for over 23 years. In addition to also working as a Special Education paraprofessional for 6 years with Waynesboro Area School District. Chris loves watching and being a part of children's learning and growth, because every day is a different adventure. She looks forward to working with and getting to know you and your child/children.
